CANCELLATION POLICY
At La Verte, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy: • Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time may be canceled without penalty. • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service(s). • No-shows or appointments missed without notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
